Saturday tickets - £35.00 and gives admission to all areas of the event.  

Limited Saturday afternoon or evening tickets may be ablable after August 12th

The Festival camp site is now full sorry.
There are other options within 6 miles of the event from
Camping, B&B, Hotels and self catering. some can be found on this site under - 'Where to stay'
or on the Lake Vyrnwy Tourism web site

There are also a few new camp sites that are not yet on the internet,
please contact us for details of these and if you struggle finding somewhere.

Terms and Conditions and general guidance:

Your tickets will give unlimited access to this event, depending on the type of ticket you buy.  It's always best to buy your tickets as early as possible. We are a small concert venue with a limit on just 220 seats.

Receipts will be issued for tickets. You should bring your receipt with you as your proof of purchase, either as a paper copy or on your moble device. On arrival you will be given your wrist band in exchange for your receipt by calling at the ticket desk. If you do not have your receipt or suitable ID you will not be given your wristband. 

Wristbands are not transferable and can not be replaced if lost.

If you lose your receipt prior to the festival weekend please let us know. Call or 01691 870501 or . We can arrange to email a new copy to you up to the 20th August ujsing the original contact deteails given. Thereafter it is important we know before you arrive so we can advise what you need to bring with you to ensure we can release new tickets to you. 

A limited number of tickets may be available to purchase for just the Friday, Saturday afternoon, or Saturday night from Mid August. Please telephone or get in touch by email for details on availability before applying. 


Will only be considered on written request received by 31st July 2022 and will be subject to an administration fee.  Thereafter we are sorry, but no refunds will be issued. We have artists to pay and overheads for hiring facilities, the hog roast supper...It may be possible we could sell your ticket on the day, but this is not guaranteed. But we are an honest lot and if we do sell them on, we would consider a refund, minus administration costs.

Receipt for bookings made after 20th August will not be posted out, but will be held for collection from the ticket desk at the venue. We will issue you a ticket reference either over the phone or by email (your choice), please bring this and some proof of ID with you on the day.

ARTISTS- The festival does not guarantee that artists named in the programme or any publicity will perform as scheduled or at all, if unforeseen circumstances prevail.  However, every effort will be made to present the programme as advertised.  

CAMPING - The original camping field is now privately operated and can only be used for campervan and tent bookings. All those that have previously booked with your festival tickets for 2020/2021 have been transferred over to the campsites booking.  Please contact the site owners directly for any assistance or a copy of their T&C's prior to arrival Lake Vyrnwy Camp site

Motorhomes and Caravans  For those who booked previously, we have limited space that has been made available to us by the Community Council. Please park safely and as instructed by our stewards on arrival. No fires are allowed on the field.  We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any of your vehicles or belongings whilst parked on the field. This field is being used for the first time as a trial and to not disappoint people who had already bought their tickets for 2020/2021 by not being able to accommodate them anymore. Generally used as a community play area and football pitch, please do not drive anywhere other than where instructed. On the condition we use the field in a safe manner, it may be we can use this field on a bigger scale next time.   

DOGS are not allowed in the venue unless assistance dogs
